2021, has been quite a year both challenging and rewarding.
As 2021 draws to a close, Acer Machinery would like to thank everyone for their support in making what was an unpredictable year successful and fulfilling, and we would like to share 5 noteworthy highlights:
1. Acer Machinery turned One
July 27th was an extremely important date in Acer Machinery’s 2021 calendar, the day we celebrated our first year in business. To not only launch our business during the height of the pandemic but to celebrate a successful first year is a huge milestone which we are grateful for and owe many thanks to Mespack and UET for their support, and to our customers who made this a reality.
2. We moved into our first office space
All hands (and paws!) were on deck on our largest mission of the year, building and moving into a physical headquarters for Acer Machinery. The build project lasted 3 months, converting an old building into an open and welcoming space that proudly displays every solution that Acer Machinery has provided in collaboration with Mespack and UET to clients across the UK and Ireland.
3. Acer Machinery exhibited at our first trade show
We were excited to promote Acer Machinery Solutions Ltd at the PPMA Show 2021. Hosted at NEC Birmingham, we were joined by Bart Gilbers, Key Account Manager at Mespack in presenting solutions to exhibition attendees. It was a brilliant experience and refreshing to interact with people face-to-face in a world that is still rocked by physical separation and virtual interaction.
4. We are at the forefront of a sustainable future
Sustainability is no longer a trend; it is an essential component that shapes our future. Acer Machinery proudly works closely with both Mespack and UET to offer packaging machinery solutions that lead the way in sustainable production and provide opportunities to improve our collective carbon footprint, encouraging a mindset change towards circular economy.
5. Acer Machinery Solutions Ltd was awarded National Packaging Machinery Supplier
of the Year
Nominated earlier in the year, Acer Machinery won SME News’ Southern Enterprise Awards Nationwide Packaging Machinery Supplier of the Year 2021.
