Compact 5

UET design and manufacture a range of compact cartoning machines, patented with a fully adjustable size star wheel with unique features for quick tooless change over between different carton sizes without the need of change parts.

 

The COMPACT 5 has been designed to fulfil the requirements of customers looking to 

run a large range of carton formats on one machine by integrating tuck -in and hot melt

closing in one machine.   As a highly versatile machine, this cartoner is also particularly

suited to pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food and contract packing industries. 

 

Its footprint of just 1.9m  x 1.4m x 1.5m approx, makes this cartoner the largest of the 

COMPACT range but still of compact frame.

UET have a patented fully adjustable size star wheel (STELLA 68) for a quick and easy

change between different carton formats in 15 minutes without any replacement size

parts - unique to UET.

 

Thanks to the carefully thought out design there is enough space within its frame for

different types of controls (print check, pharma code check, track and trace vision

inspection systems, product sensors etc).

Suitable for manual load and automatic load applications.  Special builds are possible.
